Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before production begins, whichever comes first. Once production, customization, personalization, or processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. We request customers to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged due to our error, contains an incorrect customization made by our team, or if the wrong product was delivered. Products cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind after purchase. Products cannot be returned or refunded if incorrect information was provided by the customer.Natural variations in leather texture, grain, color, and markings are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund requests.The video must start before opening the sealed package. The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible in the video. The entire unboxing process must be recorded without any cuts, pauses, or edits. The video must clearly show the defect, damage, or issue being reported. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team. Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kings Royal Army. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
